Parent to Parent: Arkansas NAPVI's 1st Regional Convention   Register TODAY! NOTE:  Thanks to generous sponsorship from Procter & Gamble and the Wal-Mart Foundation, Registration is now FREE to any parent of a child with a visual impairment!!!   On June 21-22nd Arkansas NAPVI will be hosting it's first convention to help parents of children with visual impairments.  This event is open to parents and professionals anywhere in the US who are looking to learn more about visual impairments and meet other parents children with visual impairments. The convention will be held at the Clarion Conference Center in Bentonville AR. National and Regional Speakers will be on hand for the topics of IEP's, IDEA, O&M, Job Training, College Transitions, Physical Fitness, Braille for Toddlers and Parents, Children with multiple disabilities, and Assistive Technology, and medical information on visual impairments among other topics.  There will also be multiple family activities and several keynote speakers.  Discounted hotel rooms will also be available as will scholarships for those who need.
